I really like it because every first sentence in a paragraph starts with a big number. That helps to read well.
Enjoyed looking at the title, and all the very nice shades of greys that were used. The lines help divide and draw attention to the rest of the page, but the resizing of letters kind of threw me off on a curve. Plain text would have been fine, and would have helped with the cramped feeling of text it gave off.
I like how you did the title, the different shades of gray really make it stand out. The selective scaling of the text too works nicely for this project.
