the wings of your bird are so cool! i like how you can tell what they are, but at the same time it is hard to distinguish each feather. Your color scheme is very nice as well.
The colors you used are very earthy and work well with the subjects. Overall, it has a very traditional feel and when I first saw this, it didn’t even look like it was done in Illustrator, which is nice. I agree with Max also about the wings, the way they overlap to bring color gives this piece a little something extra. Good job.
this is one of my favorites. it is simple but the color and shape usage is done extremely well, especially for the wings.
Very simple and beautiful. – 2 minor comments:
- I think the bird and the background colors might have more contrast.
- The left side seems a bit “heavy”. Perhaps there should be something in the lower right side to balance?
awesome, something that’s charley harper-like. skimmed through his work and noticed the use of movement that he likes to incorporate as well, if only the butterfly had the same effect :/ Color pallet is a nice choice by the way
