I like the cover and its play on your name, with roses and flowers. Although unusual, it is actually a good way to stand out and make oneself memorable to prospective employers who view the portfolio. Most of the porfolio is very colorful, but not too colorful, as a lot of white areas act as buffers to calm the pages down, which is good to focus the audience to the projects being showcased.
