Using the “Channel Mixer” dialog box, I checked the box marked “Monochrome.” manually adjust the red, green, and blue channels to a sum of the % values for each channel should equal 100. Then used the histogram to are evenly distributed throughout the graph and the graph angles down nicely to both the black (left) and white (right) sides of the graph.

After which I used curves to change the contrast of the picture by using a diagonal line running from the bottom left corner (black) to the upper right corner (white). Then I lighten the light parts of the image by clicking and dragging a control point on the upper side of the horizontal line to the lighter side while doing the opposite to the dark parts of the image. This traditional S curve increases contrast in the image, making it pop. Finally I used doge and burn to after adding an overlay to protect my image to enhance the richness of the picture. I tried to apply all the techniques I learnt on Photoshop to make this picture perfect.

For this exercise i used photoshop to stitch together 40 images then cropped it. Afterwards i messed around with the curves, layers, channel mixer, saturation, and exposure to increase the quality of the image.
