The red hatch of the door really grabbed my attention and the two-tone wall color is also attractive. If I comment on one thing, I would say the bathroom might be a little bit small, so you can organize its space more effectively, but Nice job!

Hello Vicente,
I also love the idea of having the door a strong color and contrasting against the grey floor plan, remind me of mid-century homes. My only concern is that there are a lot of greys on the exterior and it makes it a little hard to read. But great job overall.

keeping the black and white and using the red color to add the touch make a difference and make your design look nicer. Well Done!
