Exercise 103- Drake Bartlett

This image is very good because the location is perfect for the lights and gives it an amazing background. For this image the photographer used symmetry and made the whole image standout as a result. Decreased exposure is also a big factor to make the lights standout as much as possible. Possibly the white balance is off slightly to make the snow appear slightly blue. As well as low aperture so nothing is blurred and very fast shutter speed to give off the frozen in time look.
