   I like how you cancel out all of the other color except the chairs. This is a very good example of the masking method because I can see clearly that it has been masked out.

   I think both your pictures are well done but I really like the black and white one with the colors that are masked. it makes the background and the foreground really connect. Great job!

   I like the creativity that you put in the filter ( black and white with the combination of the color). It makes the photo more interesting. Nice rendering !

   I like your photo with chair. This photo is a good example of the use of masks. You are well combined colors and made objects that should not divert attention in black and white color. Your final result is excellent!

   Very nice picture and composition. The HDR picture is my favorite and I also like how you made it black and white and then did a color pop. It looks great!
