   I think its smart how the bathroom/ bedroom spaces are grouped together; I think it definitely gives you more square footage for the rest of the spaces and also makes them feel bigger.

   really nice work, there are many details so that it is easy to know what the function is space.

   Great layout and design, good eye for detail.

   This makes the design really easy to parse, the only critique I would make is specifying more of the kitchen with CAD blocks
