super duper. normally black and white would put me to sleep but not this time. i think the sketch pulls everything together. also the angles = good.

Great poster! It has many great qualities from the play with text, the cool diagonal at the top left corner, and the nice picture as well. I think some would argue and say you should put color, but i think it works great with the black and white with the neutral grays. i actually hope they use this design for the upcoming lectures. Great job.
