“Working with the unTrim command”

  1. Occasionally while modeling, you will find the need to “undo” a trim that you have done previously.
  2. With Rhino open and the object you wish to unTrim in view, select Surface>Surface Edit Tools>Untrim (you can also type “untrim” into the command line)
  3. Next, you need to select an edge where you want to retrieve your timmed surface. Make sure to click directly on the edge.
  4. Your previously trimmed surface will re-appear.
