- Follow SketchUp 4.5 [scenes] to create a saved view.
- With your SketchUp file open and your saved scene current, open the Styles tray.
- Select “HiddenLine” from the “Default Styles” list. (It should be the third on the top row). Turn off Shadows by navigating to View>Shadows... and unchecking the option. Turn off guides by selecting View>Guides.
- Navigate to File>Export>2D Graphic... Click the options button next to the “Format” dropdown list and change the width to be at least 2000 pixels wide. Select “Ok” and name your file and append “_lines” to the filename.[Premium Content - Login] [Membership Options]
- Now Click the edit button in the middle of the “Styles” window. Click the “Display in Hidden Line Mode” button and then click the “X-Ray” button.
- Use File>Export>2D Graphic... to save a .jpg of the scene. Append “_xray” to the file name.[Premium Content - Login] [Membership Options]
- Again in the styles window, Turn off Edges and Profiles. Turn on Guides by navigating to View>Guides...
- Navigate to File>Export>2D Graphic... Select “Ok” and name your file and append “_guides” to the filename.
- Navigate to View>Shadows... to turn on shadows. Select View>Guides... to turn off guides.
- Save your file using File>Export>2D Graphic... Select “Ok” and append “_shadows” to the filename.[Premium Content - Login] [Membership Options]
- Last, click the “Select” button in the Styles window and choose the “Pen Gray” style or any other similar style. Navigate to View>Shadows... to turn off the shadows.
- Use File>Export>2D Graphic... to save a .jpg of the scene. Append “_pen” to the filename.[Premium Content - Login] [Membership Options]
